Our Story
The Beginning
Bonsaiwonder was founded in 2023 with the goal of sharing the art of bonsai with the world. The founder began his career selling flowers door to door, which led him to discover bonsai trees. His fascination with this art inspired him to completely change direction and dedicate himself fully to bonsai. Now, two years later, Bonsaiwonder has grown into the largest bonsai webshop in the Benelux and connects many people with the world’s oldest tradition!
Our Goal
New Hobby
Our goal is to introduce people to the beauty of bonsai. Western life puts a lot of pressure on people, making chronic stress almost unavoidable. The founder noticed that by spending just a few minutes each day with a bonsai tree, he felt calmer. Besides their beauty, he wants to offer others the same sense of peace through this hobby. That’s why we’re committed to reaching as many people as possible and are always here to answer questions!
Our Products
Authentic
Bonsaiwonder places great emphasis on quality, which is why we only sell authentic bonsai trees from Asia. After being transported to the Netherlands, the bonsai are placed in one of our greenhouses, where we care for them in the traditional way until they are sold and shipped.
